1. Setup & Operation

Do I need to keep the electric blower running constantly?

Yes. Just like a commercial-scale bouncy castle, our miniature models rely on continuous, uninterrupted airflow to stay upright. The structure will deflate if the blower is turned off.

Does the blower have an automatic safety shut-off?

Yes. For your peace of mind, the inflation fan features an integrated thermal cut-out switch. It will temporarily shut down if it starts to overheat or if the air intake tunnel becomes blocked. If this happens:

1. Turn off the power switch.

2. Ensure the fabric air tunnel is completely straight, unobstructed, and that the castle is not overloaded.

3. Allow the unit to cool down fully before restarting.

How noisy is the inflation blower?

The sound level is quite manageable and is easily drowned out by children playing. Keep in mind that the fan will sound slightly more pronounced when used indoors or in smaller, enclosed rooms compared to open outdoor spaces.

How quickly does the castle inflate?

Setup is incredibly fast. Once the blower is securely connected and switched on, the entire castle will fully inflate in roughly 60 seconds.

2. Safety & Capacity Restrictions

Can these products be used both indoors and outdoors?

Absolutely. Our products are versatile enough for both garden play and indoor spaces (like large living rooms or playrooms), provided you have the necessary ceiling clearance. Always review the safety parameters and tethering guidelines included in your instruction manual before inflating.

Can adults use the miniature castles?

No. Our products are engineered and structurally tested strictly for children aged 3 to 8 years old. They are not designed to support adult weight.

Can I use the castle for a commercial hire business or at a public venue?

No. All Little Bouncers products are manufactured, tested, and certified exclusively for domestic residential use. They do not hold the commercial certifications required for public hire, festivals, corporate events, or pub gardens.

What is the maximum number of children allowed at one time?

3. Maintenance, Cleaning & Troubleshooting

Should air be actively escaping from the seams of the castle?

Yes, this is completely normal. The stitching is designed to let small amounts of air escape. This prevents the pressure from building up too high and bursting the internal structures. Never attempt to seal or cover up the air escaping from the seams.

What should I do if the fabric gets a small puncture or tear?

Don't worry—minor damage can happen during enthusiastic play. Every Little Bouncers order comes complete with a dedicated fabric repair kit to easily patch up small surface rips.

Can I add water to turn it into a water slide?

No, definitely not. Because our products require a constant, live electrical connection via the blower fan, they must be kept completely away from water at all times. Additionally, exposing the fabric to persistent moisture can cause the material to deteriorate over time.

How do I clean and wash the material?

Our premium fabric is exceptionally resilient. To clean off dirt, grass marks, or scuffs, simply wipe down the surface using a soft, damp cloth and clean water. Crucial: You must allow the material to dry completely in the air before folding it up and packing it away, otherwise mold may form.

Where should I store the castle when it's not in use?

Once fully deflated and dried, pack it into its included storage bag. Store it in a cool, dry indoor space away from damp environments and direct sunlight.
